The IV International hockey forum, which took place in Moscow, has come to its conclusion - it was a large-scale event which traditionally attracted renowned athletes, famous coaches, international specialists and other members of the big hockey community. The main topic of the plenary meeting, which opened the forum's business agenda on the first day of its work, was the tendencies in development of the rules of the game and accepting the unified referee code.
